1. Connection with Smartphones:
- For Smartphone/Tablet device connection, you can use a lightning to HDMI adapter/ android to HDMI adapter to connect your smartphone display to the projector very easily. Note: 1. - Because there are different versions of MHL / Lighting to HDMI adapter cable and different models of smartphones, the MHL / Lighting to HDMI adapter cable may not be compatible with your smartphone, and there is a problem that it cannot be connected. Has nothing to do with the projector
2. All MHL / Lighting to HDMI cable in the market cannot support mobile phones to play NETFLIX projection, which has nothing to do with the projector
3.All projectors in the market cannot support Dolby audio. If there is no sound from the projector’s built-in speakers, please turn off the Dolby audio setting on the video website and it will return to normal.

While I can’t figure out how to get a perfectly square picture (mine is a sort of skewed rectangle with one side being larger than the other), the picture is great in low lighting. Even in the afternoon with some sunlight through the blinds, it’s still visible but a dark room is preferred.
I have tried to use both adjustment dials, reposition the projector, and change the projection settings to fix the skewed shape but to no avail. It’s not super bothersome to me and the benefits of not having to buy a larger TV definitely outweighs this minor inconvenience.
For the price and reviews, I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. It hooked up well with my HDMI cable (and I did buy a separate cable to use my phone, which I haven’t done yet) and I did plug in an external speaker but you don’t have to necessarily as the sound this projector pumps out isn’t that bad and easily hear by 2 people on opposite ends of a couch.
